This unique Sauvignon Blanc is fermented at lower temperatures using Japanese sake yeast n°7. On the nose you will find citrus fruits and white flowers, such as orange blossom. Green spices, bakery and vanilla flavors. On the palate look for floral notes, citrus aromas, and chili pepper with a pleasant mineral balance; elegant with a creamy finish.
